Lead of People Management

Our client is one of the NFT Marketplaces for Collectibles with an office located in East Jakarta.

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 (three) years of experience as HRBP, preferably in tech-related companies
• Able to set up various HR aspects from scratch
• Must be comfortable to fix a 'chaos' environment where the company has no HR people before
• Hands-on experience in human capital full cycle with at least 20 employees
• Strong understanding of culture, talent management, compensation & benefits, and performance management

Offers:

• Up to Rp 15 million/month (net) 
• 14 months' salary annually
